Faulty items can be refunded or replaced, with the customer covering return shipping costs. Accepted returns for credit, refund, or exchange will incur a re-stocking fee of at least 25%. What are your opening hours?

Our showroom is open from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. However, we’re always available online, and you can place orders through our website 24/7.

Can I pick up my order from your showroom?

Absolutely! We offer the convenience of in-store pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Simply select the pickup option during checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for you at our Brisbane showroom.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Cafe Solutions, we accept the following payment methods: Credit Card processed by Air Wallex, Direct Bank Transfer, and Credit Card over the phone. For Direct Bank Transfers, please wait for your formal quote to be sent via email before transferring funds, and use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. For Credit Card payments over the phone, once your order is submitted and processed, we will contact you to complete the payment. Please note that we do not offer credit or COD (Cash on Delivery) payments.
