What are your opening hours?

Brisbane showroom and warehouse: We are open 9am to 5pm (Brisbane local time) Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays by appointment only.

Do you sell outdoor furniture range to the public?

Yes. Although businesses make up the majority of our customers, we’re more than happy to sell to the public too.

How do I place an order for outdoor furniture?

You may place an order in three ways: online, over the phone, or by visiting our showroom.

Can I pick up outdoor furniture from your showroom?

You can pick items up from our Brisbane showroom only.

Is your furniture intended for commercial use?

Yes, all of our furniture meets commercial grade requirements.

Outdoor Furniture Warranty

All of our products are sold with a 12-month warranty with the following exceptions:

  • Polypropylene Chairs are supplied with a 3-year warranty against faults arising from defective workmanship.
  • Polypropylene Stools are supplied with a 1-year warranty against faults arising from defective workmanship.
  • Fading is a normal wear and tear issue and is not covered under warranty.
  • All Isotop table tops are supplied with a 2-year warranty.
  • The warranty does not include upholstery, regardless of whether it is supplied by us or is the customer’s own material. However, please be aware that many upholstery mills provide their own warranties.

Refunds and Credits

Unless the customer has inspected the goods and given written notice to us within two (2) business days of delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition and no claim for credit, non-delivery, refund, exchange, or repair of goods shall be accepted unless notification is made within two (2) days in writing to us.
